Silasie (Silas) is from Pangnirtung and heard about the field school through his school. He is an avid rock collector
who loves to go out on the land camping and hunting. He is also quite the artist and likes to carve and draw - unfortunately
we didn't get anything from him to keep for the future. You can always still send us something (ha,ha)!
Silasie was interested in learning more about his ancestors and accomplished this goal. He loved to take photographs
and work with the 'Total Station'. Silasie was always friendly and helped people out if they asked.
