Philippa is the volunteer archivist for the Pond Inlet Archives. The archives are located in the community complex that
has the library and Nattinak Centre in Pond Inlet (which, by the way, is a BEAUTIFUL facility. Thank you, Philippa, for letting
us feel welcome in the community and at the facility).
She worked very hard at the site, up to the very last day we were there - all by her own interest. Pond Inlet would not
have been as wonderful if it weren't for Philippa, and her awesome personality. She was always ready to share her coffee with
everyone and be the camp 'mom' when needed.
Philippa also brought with her great skills when it came to our exhibit. The displays she organized were beautiful, and
I was amazed at how the detail she put into her work made the displays that much more interesting and attractive. Thank you
very much, Phil!!!!
We look forward to keeping in touch with Philippa and the work she hopes yet to do with the archives.
