Lorna is a resident of Pond Inlet and this year helped us out by being the field schools, 'Community Liasion'. Last year,
Lorna participated on the Repulse Bay field school through her involvement with Parks Canada.
We were very lucky to have her work with us - she took everything in stride and never batted an eye to any odd question
or request people had for her - though she may have giggled afterwards!
Lorna enjoyed helping to bridge the students of the field school with the people in the community. Pond Inlet is a community
very interested in culture and heritage so her experience in these areas helped to ensure we had the involvement and support
of a range of people and organizations - THANK YOU LORNA!
Now Lorna is working at the health center and enjoying her wonderful children!
